- Is the colouring of the wires the same for UK and US phone cords? The reason
- I ask is that I replaced a US line cord with a UK one a couple of years ago
- on a phone and just wired in the BT cord matching the colours for the US cord-
- the bloke in tandy's (where I bought the line cord from) said if it didn't work
- I should swap round the connection of the outer two wires with the inner two
- wires, but it worked first time.
